This service was for the full recap of a GameCube, a TLC refurb, and the installation of a PicoLoaders with an SD2SP2. The customers provided the SD card, which was configured to work with the PicoLoader, and provided a GameBoy adapter to test that the SD card can be accessed from the side of the console.
The console was in relatively good condition although the jewel had some scratches, the lid was discoloured less than the rest, and it had some dust and fluff inside.






The first step was the TLC, for which all plastic parts were removed and washed with warm water and soap. The optical drive was disassembled, cleaned and lubricated, as it was the fan





Next was the recap, and on the process of doing that, the thermal pads under the sink were also replaced (three different thickness in these ones)

Finally the jewel was sanded and polished, the SD card prepared and the SD2SP2 installed


The soldered non-rechargeable battery in the controller board was replaced with a battery holder and a new battery was added
