This service was for the Xbox 360 Refurbishment and modding 500GB+, which includes:
- TLC Refurbishment
- Modchip install (RGH3)
- HDD install
The console was in good state without excessive dust build up externally or internally. Only one of the mall rubber feet in of the sides of the console was missing, but the impact of this is very minimum. The console was a Corona 4GB revision v1 or v2 (i.e. without the need for a postfix)

First task was a full disassembly to get to the motherboard to do the RGH3 mod. This mod involves:
- Connecting a couple of wires connecting 4 different points in the motherboard, one of them with a 1K resistor
- Connecting a NAND flasher to the NAND pads in the motherboard to read the contents of the firmware. An Xflasher 360 was used.
- Build a special firmware called XeLL to be able to read the CPU key
- Use that CPU key and the NAND contents to build a modified version of the firmware
- Flash the new NAND contents to the console

After the console was successfully modded, the thermal paste was replaced and DVD drive cleaned (and rubber band replaced)

The shell was also cleaned with water and soap. A 500GB was partitioned and installed with a backwards compatible partition (to play original Xbox Games), and Aurora as a new dashboard (which will boot by default). The stock dashboard can be accessed through the menu that appears when pressing the central “X” button in the controller. The HDD was placed inside a 3D printed caddy.
