This order was for the installation of a RetroGEM and a USB power mod into an N64, the installation of a USB power mod into a fat PS2, the replacement of thumbsticks into two PS2 controllers and one Xbox one controller, and the recap of a Game Cube Game Boy adapter.
The N64 was a clear blue japanese model in very good condition.

The console was recapped and the HDMI main flex installed

The flex required further connections. Initial test before reassembly was all good

Mounting the GEM required reassembling most of the N64

The USB mod was then carried out

The PS2 USB mode required removal of the PSU and resitting of the GEM board. The USB board had to be glued in the bracket that was provided, and this was done with clear epoxy resin. The actual bracket doesn’t sit totally flush with the shell, and this creates a slight slack if the bracket is pushed when inserting the USB cable. Other mods like the R2PS2 provide a locking bracket to stop this small flex, but this wasn’t provided with this mod and I couldn’t find it online to print it.

The Game Cube Game boy adapter was disassembled before being recapped. The cap kit was provided by the customer

The PS2 controllers were tested before replacing the sticks and some drift was found in the sticks , although not major. The sticks were replaced which resulted in better minor drift

The xbox controller showed little or no drift in initial tests. Sticks were replaced, which show more drift but self-compensating
