By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
By submitting an order for a send-in service, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item(s) or have permission to authorize the requested services.
These services may void any existing manufacturer warranties on your device.
You must back up any data or save files on your device prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any data loss.
All communication regarding your order will be conducted through the contact information you provide at checkout.

We offer repairs, modifications, and upgrades to retro gaming consoles and systems. We are not responsible for defects, issues, or prior tampering unrelated to the services we provide.
Modding services may alter the hardware or software, and the customer accepts the risk that such modifications may affect future functionality or void warranties.

All orders must be placed through our website using the provided payment methods
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
All our payment methods comply with the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) for secure payment processing.

Delivery and turnaround times may vary depending on the service or product requested.
If not otherwise specified, the default turnaround time for send-in services is 3 weeks from the date we receive your item.

If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your repaired device or purchased item and we will do our best to put the situation right. That might include rework, (partial) refund or return.
If you would like to cancel a service you have purchased, this will only be applicable if the work hasn’t been undertaken yet.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed, although in some cases a partial refund or store credit may be offered depending on the situation and at our discretion.
If you would like to return an item you have purchased from us (e.g. pre-modded console, PCBs or cables), we will be happy to provide a refund once you have returned the item to us (at your cost) and we have checked that the item is in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
A non-refundable transaction fee will be deducted from any refunded amounts, which will be determined by the amount our payment processor has charged us for the original transaction.
Shipipng fees are non-refundable.

We offer a limited warranty of 30 days on all repair services and used electronic items, but we can’t provide warranty on the hardware that is sent to us. It is your responsibility to ensure the items you send us are fully operational unless agreed in writting otherwise. This will be checked upon receipt of an item and you will be informed if any problems are found. Unless a repair service or an specific agreement has been made about an order, if an item is found with unknown faults it may be returned to you without the service you purchased. Your order will be refunded, but you will still be liable for the return shipping cost plus a service fee of £20.
The warranty covers parts and labor but does not cover damage caused by user mishandling, misuse, further modifications or other external factors.
This warranty only applies to the original customer and non-transferrable if the item is solde or given to a third party.
