This order was for the TLC of a PS3 slim. The console was in relatively good condition although had quite a lot of dust inside. Two of the rubber feet where missing at the bottom of the console. The warranty label was removed with hot air to preserve the look and feel, but this can be removed completely if the customer prefers.
Total disassembly of the console and all the parts followed, blowing the dust away as the process went.
Next step was to remove the old thermal past and de-lid the RSX chip, to also clean the thermal compound in the RAM chips and the RSX chip itself
The plastic shell was washed with warm water and soap, and the battery replaced
finally the blu-ray drive was also disassembled and cleaned inside. It had a substantial amount of fluff and dust. It was cleaned up and lubricated with lithium grease.
Finally the console was reassembled and tested. Plastic enhancer was added to the shell.
