This order was for the TLC refurbishment of an Xbox 360 special edition Resident Evil, red. The customer sent the console without a faceplate. The console was un-opened with the security seal untouched. Externally the plastic was in good condition with no obvious scuffs or scratches.

Once opened up the console showed signs of dirt and fluff, which is normal for consoles of this age.

The console plastic shell was then washed with soap and water. The thermal sinks were removed and the old thermal paste cleaned and replaced with new thermal paste.

The DVD drive was also opened up and cleaned. The belt was replaced, which enabled the tray top open again (as it was stuck before).

Upon reassembly, one of the tabs in one of the grills broke, and it was fixed with transparent UV resin. This doesn’t affect functionality and it cannot be seen without disassembling the grills
Console was then tested with the right game and packed for shipping.
