This order was for the TLC of a Star Wars special edition Xbox 360.
The console was overall in good condition. The customer removed the top and bottom grills as well as the WiFi card before shipping. The console was disassembled completely, the various parts cleaned and the shell washed carefully with water and soap.
The old thermal paste was removed and new thermal paste applied. The DVD drive was disassembled and cleaned. The tray belt was replaced.
The rubber dampener around the back of the DVD drive was in poor condition and split while disassembling. This is normal on some Xbox 360 consoles. However the console can still be reassembled with no detriment of the dampening.
Console was fully reassembled, tested and packed back for shipping
